Shipping policy

Thank you for your interest in my art! This policy outlines the shipping and delivery process for your order.

Due to the products I'm selling being delicate, lightweight and in some cases the only version of it in the world, extra care needs to be taken to ensure it gets through transit and to your door without any damages at all. For this reason, extra precautions are taken in packaging and delivery method. This is included with the price of your purchase.

Processing Times:

  • In general, orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order.
  • For made-to-order or custom pieces, we will provide details about returns, refunds, shipping and delivery over email. Please don't hesitate to reach out.
  • You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs:

  • We offer a few shipping options to meet your needs:
    • Shipping to the UK: 3-7 business days - £4.99
    • Shipping to Europe: 5-7 business days - £14.99
    • Shipping Internationally: 6-7 business days - from £23.99
  • You can choose your preferred shipping option at checkout.

We offer free shipping for

  • Orders of £60 or more across ALL PRODUCTS 
  • Orders of £30 or more on PRINTS

International Shipping:

  • We are happy to ship internationally!
  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Please note that customs fees, duties, or import taxes may apply to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging:

  • We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely.
  • Prints and originals will be packaged in layers of protective wrapping to protect them during transit.

Delivery Times:

  • The estimated delivery times listed above are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow its progress.

Returns and Lost/Damaged Orders:

  • Please see our separate Return Policy for information on how to return your order.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with photos of the damage and packaging and return. We will be happy to issue a refund if certain criteria are met. See *Refund and Returns Policy* for more details.
  • Lost packages will be investigated with the shipping carrier.
